Hello.  I am Bolton Brewer.  An amateur brewer from Bolton, Ontario, Canada.

I have been brewing beer since 2007.

Over the years, I have won many awards and have perfected many styles and recipes. However, it’s the creativity that keeps me interested in Craft Brewing. I enjoy creating new recipes to suit different occasions.

Follow my blog for interesting observations on all grain beer brewing, and all beer general beer topics.  I don’t do negative.
